How to remove wax or polish off textured trim

All Purpose Cleaner · I used Oil Eaters from Costco in this demo.
A stiff detailing toothbrush or a regular toothbrush.

The below pictures aren't the worst I've seen, but this method works the same on heavier stains too...It just might take a few times to remove all of it.

This method has always worked great for me. I've also had good luck with Mr. Cleans Magic Eraser, just don't use it on the paint.

Make sure to let it dry completely before applying dressing to make sure that all of it was removed.
